Our vacation was amazing from the first moment your privet driver pick us from the airport, the fast warm welcoming check-in, Your friendly in house staff.. Chid and noi and great manager host danny. That was available on phone for us 24/7. For sure we will be back as we already miss the front sea breakfast and memorial photos we got in the ocean front infinity pool.. P. ELLA VILLA非常棒，有两个非常好的管家和两个非常体贴的房东。在我们到达的第一天，因为怕我们找不到地方，房东特意亲自开车在约定的地点等我们，并且提醒我们山上的坡很陡，问我们的车是4驱还是2驱。到达别墅之后，房东为我们准备了非常好喝的欢迎饮品，并且一一介绍了别墅的情况和设施。我们是第二个住在这里的客人，房子和全新的一样，所有的床上用品和洗漱用品都是全新。在我们到达的第一天，因为整个屋子都是玻璃墙，所以房屋比较热，并且有一个卧室的空调坏了，我告诉房东之后他很快就赶到这里，并且找来了空调维修人员，也很快就帮我们解决了问题。从第二天开始，房间的温度一直都非常棒。早餐很好吃，粥和鸡蛋都做得很好，提供的橙汁、西瓜汁和咖啡都非常棒。最重要的一点是，这个别墅有非常棒的海景，四个卧室和浴室都有无敌海景景观，而且还有一个很大的无边泳池，泳池也有非常棒的海景，下次我还会选择住在这里。

The house is the same as the brand new one, all the bedding and toiletries are brand new. On the first day of our arrival, because the whole house was a glass wall, the house was hot and there was a bedroom air conditioner broken. After I told the landlord, he quickly arrived here and found the air-conditioning maintenance staff. It also helped us solve the problem very quickly. From the second day onwards, the temperature of the room has always been great. The breakfast was delicious, the porridge and eggs were all very well done, and the orange juice, watermelon juice and coffee were great. villa location...wowww!!! we where luck to celebrate our honeymoon with friends in villa ella. we came 3 couple to this huge villa...and if felt like we had our own privet luxury hotel all to ourself. checkin, staff, food and villa maintenance and villa amenities where excellent. we had great time and amazing beautiful pictures ..

Amazing vacation We visited villa ella in chaweng noi on second week of july. Our vacation was absolutely perfect from minute we arrived to samui Airport villa driver jay picked us up to the warm welcoming check-in. Danny and in house staff welcome us with fresh towels and fruits. The rooms are huge and very well cleaned. Food and service were delicious and well worth. We did some trips and massages that villa manager set up for us and it was great organized. Pool is amazingly located and overlooking all chaweng and kohphangan. Thanks for in house staff chid and noi for taking care of us 24/7. It was 5* stars holiday.

和爸爸妈妈奶奶外婆,一共五个人,住了4晚,非常好的体验｡ 位置:离所有要去的地方都很近,夜市,机场,超市,jet ski都很方便｡ 房间:每个房间都很大,面向大海,有空调,床上用品很舒服,卫生间有洗发水,沐浴液,护发素,牙刷,浴帽,毛巾,毛巾是每三天换一次,之前有看到别人给差评在毛巾的收费上,我觉得毛巾三天换一次很正常,在酒店的时候也会因为保护环境鼓励大家不要每天换毛巾,所以我可以接受｡当然如果特别有洁癖的,希望每天换毛巾的,可以加钱｡ 员工:两位员工非常细心体贴,四天的时间把我们一家照顾的很好很周到,早饭很好吃,丰盛,出门半天都不饿｡而且我是最后走的时候才给了小费,但是这四天期间他们完全没有不开心,我们要买的东西也会帮我们买,没有乱收费,所以我真的不知道有些人抱怨什么,我觉得他们是完美的!! 泳池:泳池大概1.5米深,作为不会游泳的我,有点深,但是不至于不安全,拍照很好看哦!灯光可以改变! 景色:在山上,180度海景,还有什么好说的呢?一个字,美!! 司机:安全,很可爱,带我们出去逛了一天,价格非常公道合理,很遗憾走的时候没来及和他拍照｡ villa的主人(经理)非常耐心,我没做任何准备,所以每天的行程都是他帮我安排的,出海推荐的公司也超级好,那里的员工很善良,我玩无人机把自己手割破,还帮我包扎止血｡ 作为一个去过20多个国家,住在英国8年的我来说,我真的很挑剔,但是苏梅岛超出我想象的好｡安静,美丽,人很善良｡ 对于想去五星酒店的人,w,four seasons都是很好的选择,但是希望一家人住villa的话,ella是不错的选择,没有很多台阶,两位80岁的老人也没有问题｡山上很安静,没有吵闹,素质低的游客,满意!不用拿villa和五星级酒店去比较,这样是不公平的｡ anyway,以后无聊的时候,苏梅岛将会是我的第一选择｡

Villa ella is the most beautiful house I've ever lived before. It's a good choice for both family and friends. It's located between the chaweng beach and lamai beach halfway up the hill.The view over there is fantastic.Two staffs provide 24hrs service including room cleaning and breakfast.They make you feel comfortable and relieved at the house.And also thanks to Danny. He came around every monring to see if everything is going well and u can ask him for any help u need including trip,food ordering,car transfering and so on.We will never forget the wonderful trip we spending there.

这个别墅简直让我震惊了 景色超美的 总共四个大房间 每间都能看到海景 随处一拍都可以出大片, 别墅很新 装修也超大气,但是没有装修的味道,我们只住了两天根本没住够 ｡两个管家服务也很周到 有任何问题都可以找管家 房东还帮我们叫了spa上门服务 人均¥250一个人 在泳池边看着海景做着spa简直太享受了 房东还给我们推荐了很多好玩的地方可惜没时间去了 整体感受下来 简直是超五星级待遇 赞赞赞 下次还要来… 我们发了朋友圈 好多朋友问我要地址 感觉要成为下一个网红别墅了
